At the end of last week we asked the sellers to repair a few things on the roof and a few electrical things that we didn't feel comfortable fixing on our own. We were hoping that they would either fix them or offer to pay for them to be fixed. Worse case, they wouldn't fix anything and wouldn't give us any money for it to be fixed.
We received the call today that they agreed to fix the things that we asked. Now we are waiting for the financing to have the final approval and to sign on August 17th. It is starting to feel real. It was hard not getting attached to the house because so many things could make it so that we wouldn't get the house. Now I feel that I can finally feel like it is our house. :) I'm so excited!!!
